Not only does it sound different, some drive faster than others. I've been playing this game constantly for the past 3 months and I love it. I created a spreadsheet tracking my results after every race. Be sure to play with BTA Markers and Variable Weather on for maximum enjoyability. I play full championship seasons and I noticed that each driver and car are different, which is wonderful. It's a wonderful game, even with dual shock controllers. Gorgeous graphics on my 42" plasma 720 HDTV.
A third con that is a real big deal and a real off putter is the no gear number warning before each turn, what that means is, you're going 200 mbh and before the hard turn you get obsolutely no clues how fast or slow must you be for perfectly taking the turn. First of all, the game simulation is exactly like GT's which makes it fantastic. However, regardless of the TV you're using, some times during playing and in certain turns you find your self completely blinded by the stupid sun positioning in this game on most race tracks.Another con is the no-hand-break option, what that means is that you can't have total control over the F1. This game could've been phenomenal, especially for us "car racing simulators fans".
It's really fun to play on the career mode, but the bad is that its from 2006 Champ.
I am a big fan of Formula 1 so there was no disappointment with the game whatsoever. However I am disappointed with the shipping of the product. I paid priority shipping to get the game sooner, but when I received It I noticed that price on the postage was standard. I will never order from Gameria again.
yeah, as the tittle of my review says, it is just for fans. this game is like playing an actual F1 car, touch a single part out of the map and it fall apart to pieces (what really happens in real life) a game is supposed to be fun not stressing. this game is alot of fun, the sound of the machines drives me crazy I LOVE 'EM. but sometimes "realism" in videogames goes to far. anyway you can turn off the damage feature whenever you feel like it. overall I dont regret buying it and i bet you wont ^.^
